Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain School Psychologist certification
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
• Flexibility, problem-solving, and commitment to student advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to drive educational planning
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with educators and parents to design interventions that promote student success
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide resources to students and staff
• Support data-driven decision making through effective record-keeping and progress monitoring
