Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification
• Experience conducting cognitive, academic, social, and emotional assessments
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication skills for consultation with staff, students, and families
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Experience in school-based settings (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ academic, social, and behavioral strengths and needs
• Develop reports and recommendations for educational programming and intervention
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance to school teams
• Offer direct counseling, behavioral support, and crisis intervention as needed
• Support positive school climates through consultation, staff training, and preventative initiatives
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Serve as a resource for best practices in student mental health and learning supports
