Key Qualifications:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience working within school settings, preferably at the elementary level
- Proficiency in psychological assessments, report writing, and counseling techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage elementary-level caseload, conducting comprehensive evaluations and providing recommendations for student success
- Conduct psychological testing, interpret data, and create detailed assessment reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations
- Deliver individual and group counseling as needed to address academic, social, or behavioral concerns
- Serve as a resource to staff and families, supporting best practices for student mental health and learning
