Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience working within school settings, preferably at the elementary level
• Proficiency in psychological assessments, report writing, and counseling techniques
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage elementary-level caseload, conducting comprehensive evaluations and providing recommendations for student success
• Conduct psychological testing, interpret data, and create detailed assessment reports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations
• Deliver individual and group counseling as needed to address academic, social, or behavioral concerns
• Serve as a resource to staff and families, supporting best practices for student mental health and learning
