Currently, the in-house psychologist is not bilingual, so your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be highly valued in fostering better connections with students and families.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed or certified School Psychologist
• Experience working in a school setting
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and collaborating with educators and families
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• New school year (NSY) experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational evaluations and provide recommendations
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Offer counseling and crisis intervention for students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic and emotional well-being
• Help implement interventions and monitor student progress
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, especially for Spanish-speaking students and families
