What We're Looking For:

  • Active licensure as a School Psychologist in North Carolina
  • Experience providing psychological services in elementary, middle, or high school settings
  • Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Familiarity with supporting diverse student populations (K-12)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for teamwork with faculty, staff, and families
  • Ability to interpret assessment results, create intervention plans, and support the special education process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for K-12 students
  • Administer assessments to determine students’ strengths and needs
  • Prepare detailed reports, participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, and contribute to intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop effective support plans
  • Offer crisis intervention and consultative services as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical practices
