Step into a pivotal role supporting elementary and middle school students as a School Psychologist for the remainder of the school year. This full-time contract opportunity places you at the heart of a dynamic and collaborative educational environment. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to address students’ varied needs and guide their success both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completed degree in School Psychology and appropriate state certification
  • Previous experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
  • Expertise in conducting educational assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, especially in leading meetings
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Background in supporting and participating in the IEP process is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for a caseload of approximately 30 students
  • Serve as the lead facilitator during Evaluation Team Report (ETR) meetings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and support effective intervention plans
  • Provide insights and assistance during IEP meetings to ensure students’ unique needs are met
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation in accordance with all state and federal guidelines
  • Offer consultation and guidance for teachers and staff concerning student cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs
