Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting assessment data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations, teachers, and families.
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Special Education law, and individualized education planning.
• Ability to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with school teams, staff, and families to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct and indirect counseling and intervention services.
• Participate in eligibility and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Support safe and supportive school climates by designing and implementing prevention and intervention programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and legal standards.
