Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Familiarity with educational testing, Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and Response to Intervention (RTI) approaches
• Excellent communication, compassion, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Contribute to IEP meetings and help design individualized supports and interventions
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students in need
• Consult with teachers and families to promote students’ academic and social success
• Interpret assessment data for staff and parents, offering clear recommendations
• Support school-wide initiatives addressing mental health and positive behavior
• Maintain records and documentation consistent with district and state policies
