Key Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina license as a School Psychologist required
• Experience serving elementary, middle, and high school populations preferred
• Background in conducting comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
• Certified to work within K-12 settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt practices to meet the diverse needs of students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with educational teams on eligibility determination, intervention planning, and ongoing case management
• Provide consultation and resources to educators and parents to enhance student support
• Interpret assessment results and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Support development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
