School Psychologist - Houck, Arizona

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist
• Practical experience providing psychological services in a school setting
• Current IVP fingerprint card (required prior to start)
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills for identifying student needs
• Familiarity with IEP and 504 processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to support student learning and behavioral needs
• Interpret results and provide recommendations to staff and families
• Support development and implementation of IEPs and individualized interventions
• Deliver counseling or crisis intervention services as needed
• Assist in the creation of safe, inclusive, and supportive school climates
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation
