Seeking experienced school psychologists ready to make a difference in the Houston area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to student success, providing psychological services at key locations throughout South and Central Houston.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Texas School Psychologist credential or licensure (must provide documentation)
  • Previous school-based experience is mandatory
  • Availability for a full-time, on-site role (37.5 hours per week)
  • Reliable transportation to assigned campus
  • Capable of completing fingerprinting requirements within three days of contract signing
  • Must be able to work from July 30, 2026 through May 28, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive assessments, interventions, and counseling for students
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement plans supporting student learning and emotional well-being
  • Conduct case management and compliance documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a welcoming, supportive environment for all students, adapting to diverse community needs
