Key Qualifications:

• Current and active School Psychologist license in Texas
• Experience working within school settings, serving child and adolescent populations
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and school leadership
• Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing abilities
• Adaptable approach with an interest in a workload—not just caseload—model

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve 2–3 schools, housed primarily at the district’s central office for convenient support and resources
• Conduct a wide range of psychological assessments, provide consultation to staff, and contribute to supporting students’ learning and mental health needs
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies and interventions
• Engage in problem-solving with staff to address academic and behavioral challenges
• Communicate assessment findings and recommendations effectively to students’ educational teams and families
• Participate in eligibility determination and IEP/ARD meetings as needed
