This position offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, starting August 13, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You'll have the flexibility to cover two schools within the district, with placement tailored to your age group and location preferences.
A hybrid work arrangement is available—plan to complete all student-centered duties in person, with additional responsibilities balanced between the schools and some remote flexibility, depending on contract length. Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a School Psychologist in Maryland (MD); candidates from other states and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong ability to conduct assessments, support IEP teams, and provide direct and indirect support to students.
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills with educators and families.
- Flexibility to travel between two school locations within the district.
- Capability to adapt to hybrid in-person and remote professional responsibilities as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and student evaluations.
- Partner with IEP teams to develop, implement, and monitor student plans.
- Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral consultation.

- Maintain clear and timely documentation of all services provided.
