Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure or certification to practice as a school psychologist
• Experience providing psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling within K-12 settings
• Expertise in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and supporting students with a variety of needs
• Strong communication and consultation skills for working with staff, parents, and other stakeholders
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain organized records

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform student support strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify student needs and recommend interventions
• Deliver evidence-based counseling and mental health services to students
• Support the implementation and evaluation of IEPs and 504 plans
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families, providing guidance on behavioral, academic, and emotional concerns
• Promote positive, inclusive school climate initiatives
