Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience providing psychological assessments and behavioral interventions in K-12 settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, administrators, and caregivers
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with empathy and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning and wellbeing
• Develop, review, and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional strategies
• Deliver direct and indirect interventions to students, both individually and in groups
• Offer crisis response and support as needed
• Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and problem-solving processes
• Maintain student records, document services, and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
