In this full-time role, starting as soon as possible and extending through the 2026–2027 school year, you’ll provide districtwide support, furthering your skills across multiple diverse school environments.

Qualifications:

• Valid Alabama school-based Psychologist or Psychometrist certification, or eligibility for state licensure.
• Experience conducting and interpreting psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
• Strong grasp of compliance with federal and Alabama Special Education standards.
• Outstanding candidates will have expertise in psychoeducational evaluation, knowledge of Alabama eligibility criteria, multi-school experience, and background in consultation, MTSS, or behavioral support.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out psychoeducational evaluations, reevaluations, and eligibility determinations.
• Author precise and insightful evaluation reports.
• Participate actively in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and school teams.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal mandates.
