Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Strong skills in psychological evaluation, data interpretation, and report writing
- Experience with early learning screening and intervention is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Compassion, flexibility, and a student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings
- Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to students
- Collaborate with teachers and families to develop effective intervention strategies
- Participate in the creation and review of IEPs, supporting individualized learning goals
- Consult on positive behavioral supports and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
