Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license or certification (required)
  • Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong skills in conducting psychological and academic assessments
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
  • Comfortable supporting a diverse group of students, including elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough student evaluations and assessments, interpreting results and contributing to eligibility and intervention planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop educational strategies and interventions
  • Provide consultation and support to staff and families regarding student needs, learning challenges, and behavioral concerns
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering insights to guide student support plans
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and relevant regulations
