Key Qualifications:
- Valid school psychologist license
- Demonstrated experience providing psychological services within a school or educational setting
- Expertise in conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and delivering mild interventions
- Ability to effectively balance a split caseload across two elementary schools
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students requiring psychological support
- Administer 10–15 evaluations per school, utilizing evidence-based assessment instruments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement interventions and monitor student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district and ethical guidelines
- Serve as an advocate and resource for students' social-emotional well-being
