Key Qualifications:

  • Valid school psychologist license
  • Demonstrated experience providing psychological services within a school or educational setting
  • Expertise in conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and delivering mild interventions
  • Ability to effectively balance a split caseload across two elementary schools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and a commitment to student-centered solutions

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students requiring psychological support
  • Administer 10–15 evaluations per school, utilizing evidence-based assessment instruments
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement interventions and monitor student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district and ethical guidelines
  • Serve as an advocate and resource for students' social-emotional well-being
