Make a significant impact in the educational setting by serving as a School Psychologist just outside Indianapolis, Indiana. This contract position offers the opportunity to shape student success through high-quality evaluations and close collaboration with educational teams and families. In this fully onsite role, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to student growth and compliance with special education standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct approximately 70 psychoeducational evaluations annually, supporting eligibility determinations
  • Extend your expertise across three school buildings, working alongside diverse teams of educators and specialists
  • Collaborate with staff and families to ensure students' academic and social-emotional needs are met
  • Participate in monthly team meetings to share insights, review student progress, and strategize next steps
  • Report findings, recommendations, and progress directly to the district supervisor, ensuring open lines of communication

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana School Psychologist license required
  • Background in administering psychoeducational assessments and determining special education eligibility is preferred
  • In-depth understanding of special education laws, compliance procedures, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to facilitate strong partnerships with staff and families
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain organized records across multiple school sites

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a consistent onsite presence across three buildings
