Preferred Qualifications:

• Indiana School Psychologist license (required)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and making eligibility determinations
• Solid grasp of special education law, regulations, and compliance processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete approximately 70 special education evaluations per year across three school buildings
• Participate in monthly team meetings to collaborate with colleagues and share insights
• Work directly with the district supervisor to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Serve as a key resource for compliance with state and federal special education requirements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, providing clear communication and support
