Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility for Indiana
  • Previous experience in educational settings highly desirable
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and behavioral plans
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusive practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Interpret assessment data to aid in special education eligibility decisions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups
  • Participate in crisis response and support positive mental health initiatives
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and attend IEP or eligibility meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional and ethical standards
