Desired Qualifications:

  • Current School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Indiana
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including report writing
  • Familiarity with IEP process, Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education services
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings (preferred)
  • Adaptability and cultural competence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Interpret test results and provide meaningful recommendations for students, teachers, and families
  • Serve as an integral member of the IEP and student support teams
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and individual or group support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Facilitate positive school climate and advocate for student needs
