Qualifications:
• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in Indiana
• Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or related field

• Experience with IEPs, FBA/BIPs, and collaborative teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to adapt services to varied student needs

Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student success
• Deliver individual and group counseling to address student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to design interventions
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records and comply with ethical and legal standards
