School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Northern Indianapolis, Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with elementary students in a collaborative environment while maintaining a manageable caseload.
Position Details
- Location: Northern Indianapolis, Indiana
- Start Date: August 6, 2026
- End Date: May 27, 2027
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- School Sites: 2 elementary schools
Caseload
- Split between two elementary schools
- Support students requiring mild interventions
- Approximately 10–15 evaluations per school throughout the school year
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Participate in eligibility meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Develop written evaluation reports and recommendations
- Consult with teachers and staff regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
- Support students through evidence-based practices and problem-solving teams
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications
- Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active or eligible School Psychologist licensure/certification in Indiana
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
