Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience conducting assessments, writing reports, and delivering counseling in school environments
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions, IEP participation, and collaborative consultation with educators and families
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseload needs as assignment details are finalized

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer psychoeducational and behavioral assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Develop and interpret reports for eligibility, special education, and intervention planning
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to inform educational planning and services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and monitor effective interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed to reduce barriers to learning
• Support positive behavior frameworks and promote a supportive, inclusive school climate
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
