Qualifications:

  • Valid California PPS credential in School Psychology
  • Experience conducting individual and group assessments
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Strong consultation and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Recent experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional strengths and needs using a variety of assessment tools
  • Prepare comprehensive psycho-educational reports to guide intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer counseling and support services to students individually and in small groups
  • Provide crisis intervention and consultation to school staff as needed
  • Assist with the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans
  • Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources
