Qualifications:
- Valid California PPS credential in School Psychology
- Experience conducting individual and group assessments
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Recent experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional strengths and needs using a variety of assessment tools
- Prepare comprehensive psycho-educational reports to guide intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer counseling and support services to students individually and in small groups
- Provide crisis intervention and consultation to school staff as needed
- Assist with the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans
- Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources
