Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to best serve diverse student populations.
• Valid certification as a School Psychologist.
• Demonstrated experience working within school settings, and a strong understanding of elementary-age educational and behavioral needs.
• Proficient in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychoeducational evaluations.
• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, counselors, and special education staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete psychological assessments and participate in eligibility meetings for special education services.
• Consult with educators, parents, and administrators to design interventions supporting academic and social-emotional growth.
• Foster inclusive, positive learning environments through group and individual counseling.
• Develop documentation, reports, and recommendations in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Serve as an advocate for students, promoting access to educational resources and supports.
• Engage in crisis prevention and intervention as needed.
