Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible School Psychologist certification
• Familiarity with IDEA, Section 504, and related laws and regulations
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing clear, actionable reports
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a school setting and work with diverse student populations
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
• Interpret assessment data and present recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and monitor effective student intervention and support strategies
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and staff
• Participate actively in IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student growth and success
• Maintain confidential and accurate records according to district and state guidelines
