Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible School Psychologist certification
- Familiarity with IDEA, Section 504, and related laws and regulations
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing clear, actionable reports
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a school setting and work with diverse student populations
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
- Interpret assessment data and present recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and monitor effective student intervention and support strategies
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and staff
- Participate actively in IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student growth and success
