Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
- Fluency in both Yiddish and English required
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations, particularly for CPSE age children
- Strong understanding of special education regulations and best practices for K-12 settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and psychoeducational evaluations for early childhood through high school students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Prepare thorough and timely evaluation reports based on findings
- Participate in meetings to review student progress and provide recommendations for intervention and support
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
