In this role, you will perform comprehensive psychological evaluations for CPSE-age students, preparing thorough and informative evaluation reports that guide educational planning and intervention. Your bilingual fluency in Yiddish and English will be essential in supporting students and families within a culturally rich environment, ensuring that every child receives the tailored attention and understanding they deserve.
Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency in both Yiddish and English (required)
- Previous experience in conducting psychological assessments for K–12 students
- Expertise in psychological evaluations and familiarity with CPSE procedures
- Strong interpersonal communication and culturally sensitive approach
- Ability to produce clear, actionable evaluation reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations for students, focusing on CPSE-related assessments
- Generate well-organized evaluation reports for use by educational teams and families
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student learning and development
- Contribute to the creation and monitoring of intervention plans for students in need
