As a certified and licensed School Psychologist, you’ll utilize your expertise to conduct evaluations, assessments, and consultations for both elementary and high school students. Your insights will directly inform and shape individualized education plans, working closely with educators, administrators, and families to ensure each student receives the support they deserve.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holds current North Carolina licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Certified to practice within a K-12 public school setting.
  • Experience in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments is highly valued.
  • Skilled in conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for collaborating with staff, students, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations and assessments for a diverse K-12 student caseload.
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff on intervention planning.
  • Provide consultative services and recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, helping develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district standards.
