Qualifications:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Valid and active School Psychologist licensure or eligibility in Wisconsin
• Experience working with K-8 populations preferred
• Familiarity with evaluation procedures and special education processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and re-evaluations to identify student needs for special education services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct psychological services, including counseling and behavioral support, for students in both elementary and middle school settings
• Complete thorough psychoeducational reports, interpreting and sharing results with colleagues and families
• Participate in child study teams, problem-solving meetings, and student support discussions
• Recommend interventions and strategies to enhance student learning and emotional well-being
• Consult with staff on best practices and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school community
