Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Must be bilingual (fluency in English and Spanish required)
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Previous full-time experience in a K-12 educational setting is highly preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling
- Clear communication style with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ educational and emotional needs
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Support the development of IEPs and 504 Plans
- Serve as a key resource for crisis intervention and behavioral support
- Act as a consultant to educators and parents regarding classroom strategies
- Document services and maintain accurate records per district and legal guidelines
