Working full-time for the entire school year, you'll be part of a dedicated team of two onsite psychologists supporting the educational and emotional well-being of children in a school setting near Jbsa Lackland, TX. This role requires fluency in English and another language to ensure effective communication with a diverse student community.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and another language required)
  • Previous experience in schools or with student populations is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including bilingual evaluations

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention services for students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that support student learning and well-being
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver crisis intervention and consult with staff on best practices for student mental health
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate student records as required by law and district policies
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive
