Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
  • Expertise in assessment, intervention, and creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
  • Interpret testing data and provide detailed, actionable reports
  • Develop evidence-based interventions to support social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
  • Deliver counseling to students individually and in small groups
  • Support crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies
  • Advise and guide educators and families on student needs and effective accommodations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive school environment
