Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
- Interpret testing data and provide detailed, actionable reports
- Develop evidence-based interventions to support social, emotional, and academic growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Deliver counseling to students individually and in small groups
- Support crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies
- Advise and guide educators and families on student needs and effective accommodations
