Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification
• Experience working with junior high or adolescent populations
• Strong skills in psychological assessment, consultation, and intervention strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and outside agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated capacity for maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Develop and help implement intervention and support plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and provide input on student progress
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
• Engage in consultation with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a positive school environment
