Key Qualifications & Experience:
• Hold a valid School Psychologist certification
• Demonstrated experience working with Pre-K to grade 8 populations, with a strong emphasis on early childhood and primary grades
• Understanding of diverse learning needs and a compassionate, solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a varied caseload, balancing comprehensive case management with targeted counseling sessions
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices

Role Responsibilities:
• Oversee case management for 40-50 students, providing assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
• Deliver targeted counseling for a small cohort (2-8 students), fostering social, emotional, and academic growth
• Partner with teachers and parents to develop effective support strategies
• Conduct evaluations and participate in the preparation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain clear documentation and collaborate across four school sites as needed
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
