Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current and valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, intervention strategies, and crisis management
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Organizational skills and a flexible, compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational and behavioral planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and mental health
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention and prevention programs at all school levels
• Provide individual and group counseling to address students’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs and 504 plans
• Respond to crises and intervene as needed to maintain a supportive school environment
