Desired Qualifications:
• Current and valid School Psychologist license
• Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
• In-depth understanding of child and adolescent development
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and crisis response
• Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with students, staff, and families
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with counseling, behavior management, and consultation strategies
• Comfortable conducting evaluations and interpreting assessment data

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform psychological assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to support student well-being
• Participate in multidisciplinary student support teams and IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to address academic and behavioral concerns
• Guide school-wide initiatives around mental health and positive behavior supports
• Advocate for diverse learners and offer strategies that meet individualized student needs
• Maintain confidential documentation and adhere to ethical standards in all practices
