This position is structured for a balanced schedule—Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM, totaling 30 hours per week. You'll enjoy working with a diverse caseload, providing both direct counseling and collaborating on individualized education plans.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology required
• Valid 070 School Psychologist Licensure in Connecticut
• Experience with PreK-8th population preferred
• Skilled in IEP development and management
• Proficiency in psychological testing and assessment tools
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling services to support student well-being
• Develop and update IEPs, working closely with teachers, families, and special education teams
• Conduct psychological and academic assessments
• Participate in planning meetings and provide recommendations based on assessment results
• Contribute to behavior intervention plans and consult with staff on student needs
• Maintain thorough and compliant records for all interventions and testing
