Requirements:

• Valid Illinois School Psychologist Certification
• Previous experience in an elementary school (K-5) setting
• Strong skills in student evaluations and assessment
• Familiarity with the MTSS process
• Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-5 students
• Take an active role in implementing and supporting the MTSS framework
• Attend school meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) discussions
• Collaborate with the school’s Social Worker and SLP to address each student’s unique needs
• Provide recommendations, resources, and consultation for staff and families

Compensation for this position ranges from $40 to $55 per hour, with eligible candidates also having access to healthcare benefits, housing, and meals or incidentals.
