Working a steady 35-hour workweek, you’ll provide critical expertise and guidance as part of a dedicated education team, contributing during school hours from 7:30am to 2:30pm.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current credentials as a School Psychologist or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
  • Experience in school-based evaluation and intervention
  • Familiarity with special education assessments and procedures
  • Strong collaborative skills for participation on school support teams (MTSS or similar)
  • Data analysis capabilities to interpret student progress and shape learning plans
  • Understanding of social-emotional learning frameworks is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
  • Participate as an active member of the school’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) team
  • Analyze academic and social-emotional learning data to inform team decisions and student supports
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to design effective interventions
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Support data-driven problem solving at the classroom, grade, and whole-school levels
