Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a school psychologist
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education processes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Comfort with administering and interpreting psychological assessments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students to identify strengths and areas of need
  • Provide direct counseling and consultation services to students, families, and staff
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  • Serve as a resource to educators on classroom strategies, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
  • Support school-wide initiatives for positive behavioral interventions and mental health awareness
  • Maintain detailed and confidential student records in accordance with state and federal regulations
