Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or license for School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling/intervention services in a school environment
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI processes, special education eligibility determination, and best practices in behavioral and mental health support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to adapt to diverse populations and needs within the school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ academic and social-emotional needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student progress and strategies for success
• Participate in problem-solving teams, data meetings, and school-wide initiatives to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all services meet compliance standards
