Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification or licensure in School Psychology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience conducting psychological and educational assessments
  • Strong knowledge of RTI/MTSS, IEP processes, and special education law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to provide counseling, consultation, and behavioral interventions
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological services including assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to evaluations and IEPs
  • Develop and implement action plans and interventions to promote positive student outcomes
  • Work closely with educators, families, and outside agencies to support student needs
  • Serve as an advocate for students, fostering a safe and supportive school climate
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
