Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified School Psychologist with relevant state credentials
  • Prior experience working with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong background in psychological testing, behavioral intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to design and implement evidence-based strategies for diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and provide written reports
  • Advise on interventions, behavior plans, and individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Facilitate crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation with school staff and families
  • Promote positive school climates and integrate mental health supports
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
  • Deliver training and resources for educators and support staff
