Make a meaningful impact this school year by providing psychological services and evaluations as an on-site School Psychologist. This contract position covers a full academic year and offers a fulfilling, dynamic work environment supporting elementary and some middle school students across multiple campuses in the Fort Worth area.

You’ll collaborate with educators and families to assess and support students with Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), Other Health Impairments (OHI), and ADHD. The role is itinerant, serving five campuses, giving you the opportunity to broaden your professional expertise and touch the lives of a diverse student community.

Qualifications:

  • Valid License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential from the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
  • Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with evaluations, FBAs/BIPs, and direct student services for a range of exceptionalities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments (AU, ED, OHI/ADHD)
  • Deliver direct psychological and counseling services as needed
  • Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine student eligibility and develop IEPs
  • Manage documentation, compliance, and reporting in line with state and federal guidelines
  • Serve as a resource to staff, families, and students on mental health and behavioral concerns

This is a 35-hour-per-week, on-campus, non-virtual contract position lasting from August 10, 2026, to May 21, 2027. The work is varied and rewarding, perfect for professionals who thrive in dynamic school settings.
