As a valued team member, you will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to assess student needs and help design effective interventions. Your expertise will be integral to fostering student growth and creating inclusive learning environments for children with a wide range of disabilities—from mild to more complex challenges.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Valid Washington State School Psychologist Certification
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school-aged students
  • Familiarity with a variety of educational disabilities and interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to equitable practices and supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for supports and accommodations
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
  • Deliver crisis intervention and consultation as needed
  • Assist with behavioral plans and monitor student progress
