What You'll Need:

• Active state license as a School Psychologist
• Certification in School Psychology
• Experience working with Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School populations
• Familiarity with assessment tools, behavioral intervention strategies, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and consultation skills for partnering with parents, teachers, and administrators

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, observations, and evaluations for students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and intervention plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Facilitate small group or individual counseling sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Consult with staff and families to recommend strategies that improve student outcomes and school climate
• Act as an advocate for student well-being and mental health within the school community
