Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with diverse student populations (Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School)
  • Solid understanding of child and adolescent development
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and provide counseling
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across all grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized programs to support student learning and behavior
  • Provide consultation and collaborate with faculty, staff, and families on student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and services
  • Offer crisis intervention and counseling when necessary
  • Assist in the development and review of IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all students
