Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (Washington State or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations, particularly within elementary populations
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) frameworks
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with diverse student backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary-age students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate intervention plans
• Provide input and recommendations for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support the implementation of intervention strategies and monitor student progress
• Participate in eligibility, planning, and review meetings to advocate for students’ best interests
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
