With a focus on evaluations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students, collaborating with staff, and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (Washington state requirements)
  • Prior experience with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong understanding of special education procedures and evaluation processes
  • Excellent ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments, primarily for elementary students
  • Interpret and communicate assessment results to staff and families
  • Participate in eligibility, intervention, and IEP meetings
  • Provide recommendations for interventions and supports tailored to individual needs
  • Work closely with educators, counselors, and administrators to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal requirements

You can expect to work a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Your expertise will be valued with a competitive hourly range of $50-$60, reflective of your skills and dedication.
