Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility) for Washington state
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Assessment, counseling, and consultation experience within K-12 educational settings
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in report writing
• Ability to implement evidence-based interventions and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational evaluations using standardized tools
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multi-tiered systems of supports and student intervention planning
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, and staff training
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
