Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification and state licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with school-based psychological assessments and report writing
  • Strong skills in student counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis management
  • Knowledge of MTSS, IEP processes, and special education law
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, supportive educational environment
  • Prior experience in K-12 settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Provide direct counseling services and support student social-emotional learning
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and supports
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and guide eligibility determinations
  • Engage in crisis intervention and behavior management planning
  • Promote an inclusive and positive school climate
