Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in School Psychology.
• Valid School Psychologist certification or license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience conducting student evaluations, assessments, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions, response-to-intervention (RTI), and multi-tiered systems of support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset for working with students, families, and school staff.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
• Collaborate with special education teams to develop and monitor IEPs.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents about student learning and behavioral needs.
• Provide direct and indirect interventions to address academic, social, and behavioral concerns.
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school procedures and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
