This position focuses on direct service—no virtual/remote options at this time—offering the chance to engage collaboratively with staff and students face-to-face.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensing or certification as a School Psychologist in Washington State
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience working in a K–12 school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of evaluation procedures, IEP process, and data-driven interventions
- Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to connect with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
- Provide individualized counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Participate actively in the development, review, and revision of IEPs
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and family members to design and implement effective support strategies
- Lead and support prevention and intervention programs that foster positive student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of student progress and services provided
