This position focuses on direct service—no virtual/remote options at this time—offering the chance to engage collaboratively with staff and students face-to-face.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensing or certification as a School Psychologist in Washington State
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Experience working in a K–12 school setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of evaluation procedures, IEP process, and data-driven interventions
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to connect with diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
  • Provide individualized counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Participate actively in the development, review, and revision of IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and family members to design and implement effective support strategies
  • Lead and support prevention and intervention programs that foster positive student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of student progress and services provided
