School Psychologist - La Vista, Nebraska

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience or strong interest in elementary (K-6) student populations
• Demonstrated knowledge of special education law, MTSS/RTI, and the evaluation process
• Proficient communication, collaboration, and counseling skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and functional behavior analyses
• Participate in the implementation of IEPs and provide consultative support to staff and families
• Deliver individual and group counseling to address a variety of student needs
• Provide expertise in the development of academic and behavioral intervention plans
• Assist with crisis intervention and intervention planning
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education regulations
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
