School Psychologist in La Vista, NE

Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting the academic and emotional success of students in an elementary school setting near La Vista, NE. As a School Psychologist, you'll work onsite and collaborate with educators, families, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure each student has the resources they need to thrive.

This full-time position is available immediately and extends through late May 2027, offering stability and the chance to build impactful relationships with your students and colleagues. Two elementary-level caseloads are open, giving you the flexibility to lend your expertise where it's needed most.

What you'll bring:

• Current and valid license as a School Psychologist (required)
• Experience working with elementary-age students (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop interventions, and participate in multi-disciplinary teams
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite in a school-based setting
• Collaborative mindset along with a passion for supporting mental wellness and academic achievement

Your responsibilities include:

• Evaluating students to identify academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Providing individual and group counseling as appropriate
• Consulting with teachers and parents to develop effective classroom and home strategies
• Participating in IEP/504 meetings and contributing to the development of support plans
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records
• Delivering crisis intervention and support as necessary
