Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience supporting students in a K-12 setting
• Strong understanding of developmental, behavioral, and academic challenges common to school-aged children

• Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with student counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral planning

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with teachers and special education teams
• Deliver counseling services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Consult with staff and families on strategies to encourage student growth and achievement
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, providing expert recommendations to support a positive educational environment
