Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist or Counselor
• Experience providing counseling and assessment services within a K-12 educational setting
• Strong understanding of multi-tiered systems of support, Response to Intervention, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to support student learning and mental health needs
• Provide individual and group counseling services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address behavioral and academic concerns
• Participate in the development of intervention plans and support services for students
• Contribute to student IEP meetings, 504 plans, and other multidisciplinary team processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Offer crisis intervention and consultation as needed
